CHC partners to implement CalFresh Healthy Living programs for older adults who are SNAP-Ed eligible. These partnerships help provide classes and information to help low-income older adults lead a healthy lifestyle. Counties served: Lassen, Modoc, Shasta, Siskiyou, Trinity, Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Plumas, and Tehama.
