Noelle DiSano

Noelle serves as a Program Manager at Center for Healthy Communities, focusing on providing nutrition and physical activity education to older adults, with a specific emphasis on Tribal Elders. Holding a Health Science degree with a concentration in Health Services Administration from California State University, Chico, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Noelle’s extensive experience in Healthcare Delivery and Social Services programs, including CalWORKs, CalFresh, and Medi-Cal, underscoring her commitment to improving community health and well-being.
